THE TOP FIVE TOOLS FOR CREATIVE TEAMS

WE'LL SHOW YOU THE FIVE TOOLS YOU NEED

Now lets ignore creative tools like Adobe, Da Vinci, Blender, Octane and others, we’re going to focus on the top tools to keep your Creative Team on track and happy

NOTION

The BEST and all in one project tool. To-Do Lists, Wiki’s Kanban Boards, Resource Directories, Kit Lists, Templates, Moodboards, you name it, Notion can do it. This tool is so customisable with different database views, layouts and filters, plus the ability to create custom formulas and functions. I can’t tell you enough how much Notion has changed my life for the better.

ICONIK

A cloud based file management system, Iconik is next level content management. With detailed metadata, multitudes of permission settings for sharing and the ability to feedback directly within the tool plus options for proxy download and sharing, Iconik is everything you need for file storage and management.

SPENDESK

Honestly a game changer when it comes to expenses and bookings. With Spendesk you can empower your team to manage their own spending (once you’ve approved a budget and raised a PO). You also get the option for physical cards so you can control spending without bottlenecking any decision making.

LUDUS

Decks on decks on decks. We use them for everything. And everyone had their own preferred platform. We were sharing Power Point, Keynote, Google Slides, you name it. Ludus is a cloud based presentation maker that is just that little bit more intuitive. With Ludus you can build templates, create blocks and easily add in and change design. This meant that we reduced design time needed and empowered other teams to use blocks and templates to make sure everything they were sending out was all on brand!

STORYBLOCKS

And a sneaky 6 I guess with Artlist. But years of trawling for good stock footage has led me to Storyblocks. With video, image and also templates, Storyblocks has an excellent directory for use, but also includes After Effects, Premier Pro and even more resources all under one roof. Similarly Artlist is another subscription based service that gives you access to music. Both programs enable me to keep a high compliance with minimal effort. All IP and usage rights are included in the monthly subscription so there is no more scrambling for the licensing.
