HOW NOTION TRIPLED MY CONTENT DELIVERABLES

HOW I INCREASED OUR OUTPUT BY 130%

After joining an org that had only delivered 30% of their contracted deliverables by November, I turned production around and delivered 130% the following year. I’m going to show you the exact 15 steps I took to achieve that so you can also increase your output

1. I consolidated all of our resources and put them in pages clearly linked

2. I created a database of logins and tools, audited them, and made sure everyone had access

3. I built out clear processes and uploaded them

4. I created team databases with important properties, fields, and prompt spaces

5. I created bespoke formulas to show progress within cards

6. I built linked databases for tasks lists and separate deliverables

7. I created kanban boards to make sure everything was moving through the process and set stand-ups to go through the board

8. I built out calendar views to make sure I didn’t miss a deadline

9. I built individual views for everyone so they could focus on what they needed to do

10. I centralised every piece of information into sections

11. I created templates built into our resource section

12. I made execution as easy as possible and set meetings around moving things through each process

13. I built automated links to populate budgets and create folders for work so that everything was easily accessible

14. I empowered my team to customise and personalise 15. I set time aside to review and adjust
